Minor issues bothering the mind

One of the most frustrating aspects of life is that we spend our mental resources in services of irrelevant stuffs.

We spend our time worrying endlessly about non-issues and feeling offended and annoyed by minor tribulations. It's as though the mind has been trained to focus its energies on these trivial issues and then get upset over the fact that it gets upset about these trivial issues. And it only results in a headache.

Not really sure how it can be handled expect with awareness. Awareness help to un-train the mind back to its original condition.

And its helpful to remember that the base state is one of harmony and ease of being.
