Biggest Fear

 My biggest fear is the fear of future suffering.

This fear overtakes the mind even in the good times and easy times.

Even though I am having an easy time now, what if the future gets worse?

Even though I am not suffering much now, what if the future brings more suffering?

The mere prospect of future suffering prevents me from living in the moment in peace.

Not knowing where I stand or being unsure of where I stand contributes even more to this fear.

The only solace is wherever you are, you are always in awareness. 

Wherever your are, remember to remain aware.

Awareness in all circumstances, favorable and unfavorable.

Darkness of Society

Our social system is rotten to the core.

Living life in society is a nightmare.

The social system is nothing but slave training. Its trains its participants to become slaves. And the more slavish you are, the more you are rewarded.

We are tamed into the social system. Tamed to be obedient slaves. Our true nature repressed. All the crimes and depression is an outcome of this social training.

The social system/society is the greatest evil. The darkness of humanity.

Its better to not be a part of it.

Feeling overwhelmed by confusion

Sometimes in life, it can get chaotic. Confusion can overwhelm. Clarity seems to be lost. A sense of failure looms overhead.

Just allow it to pass. Allow the silence to devour the confusions. Allow the silence to work out itself.

Let silence dissolve the noise and doubts.

Minor issues bothering the mind

One of the most frustrating aspects of life is that we spend our mental resources in services of irrelevant stuffs.

We spend our time worrying endlessly about non-issues and feeling offended and annoyed by minor tribulations. It's as though the mind has been trained to focus its energies on these trivial issues and then get upset over the fact that it gets upset about these trivial issues. And it only results in a headache.

Not really sure how it can be handled expect with awareness. Awareness help to un-train the mind back to its original condition.

And its helpful to remember that the base state is one of harmony and ease of being.
