I hate being here

To me, the worst aspect of 3D existence is the sense of stickiness that resides here.

It is so hard to come out of situations that no longer serve you.

It is so hard to break out of the familiar.

It seems like some magnetic force keeps you stuck in circumstances. Some deep gravity keeping you attached to relations that no longer serve.

I hate it.

I want to leave sometimes, but something keeps holding me back. Like a stickiness that refuses to leave.

Like being glued to the roles and expectations.

And I hate how most of us here get so attached beyond our will.

Fuck this place.

Separation experience in the physical

Since all is already one and complete, it is indeed a miracle to experience this extreme level of separation here in the physical dimension. 

Its like a virtual separation experience that is designed so perfectly that it literally feels so real.

Where you truly belong

The innumerable thoughts that accumulate in our minds while living life obscure the emptiness that always is present underneath.

Come home to the silence. Where you truly belong.

Emotional healing

We deeply need emotional healing.

Unless our emotions and trauma has been healed, peace will elude.

All the guilt, regret, anxieties need to be addressed.

Need to be processed.

For it is these that obscure the underlying peace.

Eternal life

Eternity transcends time.

Living for a 100 years is as insignificant as living for 10.

It does not matter.

Eternal life is in God.

The only valuable thing

What ultimately is valuable?

When death approaches, wealth and fame are useless.

Health deteriorates and relationships are forgotten.

Remember God.

The power that sustains all.

That alone is real.

That alone transcends death.

That alone is the true identity.

May you realize God. 

You are not lost or alone

There is a power that runs the universe.

The same power runs your body.

The same power gave birth to you.

You belong to that power.  

And so you are never lost or alone.
