Life can be horrifying

Life can be horrifying.

In the end, you will lose everything.

Your health will fail.

You will likely get bankrupted.

You will likely end up alone and in despair.

There is absolutely no guarantee that you will not meet with a tragic end.

So then, what will you do about it?

Can you really do anything about it?

Life flows on

Recognizing the indivisible nature of life can lead to relief but also sadness.

There is simply ongoing experience.

And in this experience, there seems to be individual entities struggling to make sense of life and hold on to what they hold dear.

Yet, life simply flows.

Existence is eternal recurrence

Existence is eternal recurrence.

That's it.

Appearing and disappearing out of nothing.

The daze

Life is lived in a daze.

In a maze.

Caught in innumerable issues and concerns.

And yet, it flows.

And yet, it is always the same.

Truth is true

What is the truth?

We are not designed to recognize truth but to pursue illusions.

However, even though we are designed to chase after illusions, truth remains true.

Truth is.

Truth is that which is real.

That which is existential.

And even though we might not be designed to recognize truth, it remains true even in the midst of pursuing illusions.

Truth cannot be sought.

Only recognized.

Right now, only truth is true.

If only this is recognized, the illusion is overcome.

How does social conditioning keep us bound? - answered by AI

Social conditioning, the process where societal norms and expectations shape our behavior and beliefs, can create a sense of obligation and limit our freedom of choice. It subtly influences our thoughts and actions, often without us even realizing it, leading us to conform to societal pressures and expectations.

Here's how social conditioning keeps us bound:
  • Internalized norms and values:
We absorb societal expectations about how to behave, think, and feel from a young age, often through family, education, and media. These internalized norms can become so deeply ingrained that we don't question them, even when they might not align with our own desires or values.
  • Fear of social repercussions:
Social conditioning often comes with implicit or explicit threats of social disapproval, exclusion, or punishment for deviating from the norm. This fear can lead us to suppress our true selves and conform to avoid negative consequences.
  • Blindly following the status quo:
Social conditioning can lead to a cycle of conformity where we accept societal norms as the only way to live, without questioning their validity or impact on our well-being. This can result in a lack of critical thinking and a reluctance to challenge the established order.
  • Creating a sense of obligation:
Social conditioning can create a sense of obligation to fulfill societal expectations, such as getting a good job, getting married, having children, and accumulating wealth. These expectations can become so powerful that we feel pressured to pursue them even if they don't bring us genuine happiness or fulfillment.
  • Limiting personal growth and fulfillment:
By conforming to social expectations, we may stifle our own unique talents, interests, and passions. This can lead to a sense of dissatisfaction, a lack of purpose, and a feeling of being disconnected from our true selves.
In essence, social conditioning can create a sense of being trapped within a set of societal expectations, limiting our ability to live authentically and pursue our own unique path.

Social conditioning

The true challenge is not the lack of wealth, but societal conditioning.

Social expectations drives majority of our choices and decisions.

We imagine that having wealth will fix most of our problems.

But the force of social expectation is the biggest chain.

The one that is really hard and yet not at the same time.

Truth

Truth does not feel good.

It does not feel anything.

It does not appeal to emotions.

It does not appeal to survival instincts.

It does not appeal to pleasure seeking.

Truth is simply recognizing what's actually here.

Right now.

Always.

Recognize awareness

Recognize awareness right now.

There is no reason to delay.

It is the only 'task' that requires no time.

Delaying it is great foolishness.

You dont need to wait until you have enough money

You dont need to wait until you retire.

You dont need to wait until the time is right.

You dont need to wait until you feel better.

You dont need to wait until you finish anything.

Right now.

Awareness is now.

Silence

Everything eventually ends and gives way to silence.

Not relative silence that exists in contrast to sound.

But absolute silence.

A silence that underlies noise.

That is eternally undisturbed in spite of the arising and dissolution of universes.

For the hopeless

For one who has lost all hope, what is the means?

When there seems no possibility of improvement, what remains?

When all has been lost, is there anything still left?

The price

Living in society has caused us to pay a terrible price.

The price is the loss of truth.

Everything is fake.

And it is deeply traumatic.
